We would like to welcome all who Identify as Transgender any were within the Transgender Spectrum, (Crossdressers, Transsexuals, Androgynous, Intersex, etc.), as well as Supporters, Family and Friends of Transgender Individuals and the Transgender community to our Meetings and Transgender Social Gatherings.
We are here to help, Educate and Support anyone in need of understanding who they are and why as well as helping Family, Friends and Supporters to understand why you are who you are and your specific life's needs. Our meetings are just a little different then many other Transgender meetings. We offer a Transgender Social Gathering as well as a Meeting for Support and Education. We do not trap you in a discussion or program that is not of interest to you, but we do have programs and discussions at meetings for those who do need them and are interested in the topics provided for each.
Our discussions are open and no topics are out of the question. We also offer Individual help or help in a group atmosphere. We realize the topics for each individual group within the Transgender Spectrum are often different, however we have found that combining the groups within the Transgender Spectrum in discussions every so often has been very successful and helpful to all involved. Our discussions will center around whatever each member or visitor cares to discuss, question or share .. Again, no subject is out of the Question
For those who come to our Meetings and Transgender Social Gatherings who do not wish to participate in our provided programs and discussion we offer a Social Gathering where you can mingle among Friends and chat and just be yourself and or meet others at the meetings who identify to your particular lifestyle, needs and Gender Preference. Meeting among your peers in our Transgender Social Gathering is a great way to gain support and help with issues and problems that one may be facing in every day life that your peers may have encountered or are encountering now on their Transgender Journey.
Our Socializing Transgender Gatherings meet in other locations within our Meeting location separate from the meeting program or discussions to allow for a more relaxing private atmosphere to just be yourself and enjoy chatting to your peers and or friends, solving problems and issues among yourselves or just relaxing and enjoying being you without the fear of your Born Gender Identity being discovered, harassment or being judged for just being yourself.
Our Transgender Social Gatherings also offer a Pool Table, a TV Lounge were youcan watch TV shows or a movie and a Ping Pong table for your socializing amusement. In the warmer months we offer the ability to go outside and enjoy being yourself outside relaxing in your lounge chair chatting to your friends or peers. Our outside location is private and secluded for your privacy and protection from those who just do not understand who and why we are. OR, you can attend our programs and discussions ... The choice is yours ...
Our Meeting and Social Gatherings allow you to meet in the discreet comfort of our York Meeting Location as well as our Mountville, Pa Meeting location... You may attend in drab or arrive dressed - OR you can dress at the Meeting location before the meeting begins ... anytime from 7:30 on till 8:30 PM ... Usually the meeting begins at 9 PM ....

The ROSE Board of Directors always have the Best Interest of the Transgender Community in mind. We want to be able to provide the Transgender Community with everything we can to help and support each of us in our Transgender Journey and Lifestyle Needs.
